 Former Rayon Sports head coach Raoul Shungu has dumped DR Congo’s Saint Eloi Lupopo for Diable Noirs, a premier league side in Congo Brazzaville.

Shungu has been managing Lupopo for the last 8 years but the former coach who helped Rayon Sports win the Cecafa club championship in 1998 resigned from the DRC’s outfit on personal grounds.

Diables Noirs is a rival to AC Leopards which will face Rayon Sports in the first round of the Africa Champions League next month.

Shungu managed the blues from 1997-2004 winning four league titles in 1997, 1998, 2002 and 2004), CECAFA Club title and Peace Cup title in 1998 before heading to Seychelles where he spent four years.

In 2009, Shungu signed for AS Vita Club before joining Lupopo in 2010.

He even managed Amavubi team following the resignation of late Josip Kuze in 2008
