Rwanda | Bizimungu to drag to court Rayon over Rwf. 6 million in damages

After being sacked, coach Ally Bizimungu is ready to take six-time league champion Rayon Sport to court if they fail to pay him Rwf. million in damages after he was sacked when his contract had not yet expired.
Bizimungu was shown the exit with ten months still remaining on his contract and he is requesting to be compensated.
“I have already informed Rayon Sport, should they fail to adhere to my demands, i will head straight into the courts of law.
The club chairman said, “It is true we sacked Bizimungu but we will pay him one month as it is stipulated in the labour code,”
