AS Kigali dethroned Kiyovu on fourth position after drawing 1-1 with Etincelles on Sunday in a Primus National Football League match.

The Kigali city-sponsored club moved to fourth position with 29 points and a superior goal difference over the old giants who suffered a 1-2 loss to Marines in Rubavu.

La Jeunesse heaped more miseries on Isonga after earning a 1-0 win at Mumena turf while Espoir secured a 2-1 win over Musanze in Rusizi.

Amagaju and AS Muhanga settled for a goalless draw.

Isonga is placed bottom of the league standings with 12 points, two points behind Etincelles.

The league continues on Wednesday with defending champions APR playing away to hosts Mukura at Kamena grounds. The champions are third with 32 points in 17 matches.
