She Wasps Coach briefing his Team last month

Rwanda national women football team will face their Zambian counterparts on May 4 in a friendly match set to be held at Kigali Regional stadium.

Rwanda Football Association has written to the Ministry of Sports and Culture (MINISPOC) requesting for facilitation.

The She-Amavubi is set to regroup for residential training on April 26 at la Palisse hotel before playing Zambia on May 4.

The She-wasps will host Nigeria on May 24 in the first-leg match of the final stage of this year’s Africa Women Championship. The winner of the two-legged qualifier clash will earn a ticket to the 2014 finals tournament scheduled for October 5-15 in Namibia.

Rwanda saw-off Kenya in the first round of qualifiers a month ago on an away-goal advantage (2-2 aggregate).
