Losciuto sign one-year contract at Rayon Sports
Belgian Jean-François Losciuto has signed a one-year contract with Rayon Sports worth a salary of Rwf. 3.4 millions.
Losciutostarted training with rayon Sports on Monday with CecafaKagame Cup his main priority.
Rayon Sports face Young Africans in the opening match of the CecafaKagame Cup on August 8 at Amahoro stadium.
Rayon Sports club president TheogeneNtampaka said, “We have signed him on a one-year contract. We need him to at least guide us to one or two trophies in the league, peace cup, Cecafa, peace cup or confederations cup,”
“He has promised to deliver and help our club register greater success,” added Ntampaka.
Losciuto replaces compatriot Luc Eymael who joined Jeunesse Sportive Kairouan of Tunisian topflight league after Rwanda Football Federation (Ferwafa) slapped him with a two-year ban for improper conduct in last season’s goalless draw between Rayon Sports and AS Kigali.
At Kigali International Airport, Losciuto was welcomed by hundreds of Rayon Sports fans.
“I’m very happy for this warm welcome by fans. I hope the same support continues during my days with Rayon Sports. I also heard APR FC are the major archrivals, I will do whatever is possible to reign over them and together as a team we will achieve our target,” he said.

Rayon Sport, 2013 league title winners are placed in Pool A alongside five-time winners Yanga of Tanzania, Coffee.
