Micho misses out on Harambee Stars job

It was yet the briefest but strongest dismissal Rwanda’s Amavubi coach Milutin Sredojovic Micho who was overlooked for the Harambee Stars coaching role as the Kenyan federation appointed Belgian Adel Amrouche as their team’s head coach.

According to an official from Football Kenya Federation (FKF), Micho was among more than 10 coaches that applied to replace Frenchman Henri Michel, who quit the Harambee Stars job recently, but could only make the final four.

“The truth is Micho applied for the job and made the final shortlisted four,” John Kariuki, FKF press officer said on Wednesday via phone from Nairobi on Tuesday.

The other two shortlisted for the top job according to a press release by FKF on Tuesday include Frenchman Raymond Domenech and Ugandan Scottish Coach Bobby Williamson.
